A BIT ABOUT ME
Born and raised in the UK, I could be found leaping and twirling around my parents house from 5 years old. Dancing, movement and exercise was my whole life and I was lucky enough to have a wonderful career taking me all over the world as a Dancer and Aerialist. From the Moulin Rouge Paris, on tour with Udo Lindenberg or to the Hollywood bowl in LA.
However behind the scenes is where the real work takes place, strengthening, rehabilitating after injuries and just general maintenance. My love for Pilates started throughout my career as I was grateful for how it kept my body strong and resilient. I enjoy offering a wide range of classes because I believe there is something for everyone to fall in love with. Thats why I have taken teacher trainings in various disciplines and I love teaching them all. Children, Adults, Seniors, Pregnant ladies, Mamas…. I am here for you.

AERIAL HOOP (KIDS)

Aerial hoop is an amazing class for building confidence, learning coordination, discipline and above all having fun. Aged 6+

A pilates class is a must-have class for maintaining mobility, gaining strength and increasing flexibility. It all starts at the Core. Feel longer, stronger and leaner.
MAMA & BABY PILATES
Time for YOU with them.
This is your space ...come in and breath, recharge and reconnect. Little ones can be incorporated into exercises or they can play on the mat next to you, whatever suits you....this is your time.
Keep Moving Mama
This class is designed to support and guide expectant Mamas from the first trimester all the way to birth. Our exercises are safe and feel great in this really special time.

Simple and safe movement can work wonders for someones mental well being as well as their physical. Mindful movement to keep you smiling. Classes can be seated or standing.
Movement and stretching increase energy levels and boosts employee morale, making them more productive in their work.
Far from just a workout for your core, this piece of apparatus helps create internal pressure to elongate the spine, joints and muscles which then leads to greater flexibility, strength, stamina and a more balanced posture.
Skipping, Leaping, hopping all leads to dancing. This class teaches co-ordination, rhythm and above all confidence. Aged 2 years+
Burn Buns Burn
Low impact, High Intensity! We work through plenty of exercises to tone, tighten and strengthen your body. Its a tough one but highly addictive.
BABY WEARING WORKOUT
This is a workout! I repeat.... its a workout! This is fun fitness and a sense of humour is also highly recommended. This class is best suited to Mamas already experienced wearing their baby.
BUGGY BARRE / PICNIC PILATES
Outside where its fresh
All the joys of a barre class but outside and with your little ones in the pram! Its a fun, high intensity, low impact workout.
